Cancellation Policy
TO CANCEL: Memberships must be canceled 15 days or more before subscription renewal to avoid charges. (Ie. A monthly membership that begins on Jan 16 will renew on Feb 16. To avoid charges on Feb. 16, it must be canceled on or before Feb 1.) To cancel membership, send an email to cltblackowned@gmail.com with the subject line "CREATIVE HUB CANCEL REQUEST". Please include your first name and last name. PEOPLE/VISITORS: No more than 5 people are allowed in the space at once time. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a "small gathering" fee of $150 per hour. OVERTIME: Remaining in the space beyond the time booked will result in an overage fee of $30/hour. DAMAGES: Members agree to pay for any damages to the space, tech, items or other property that occur during their booking.
